After a near escape from "The Red Door" speak easy the investigators find them selves in the company of Adrian Kureck, the mysterious man from the club. After some discussion it is clear that he is also fighting the forces of the Mythos, it is unclear however what his agenda is. They agree to go in with Adrian on a plan to gain an invitation to the infamous Collins estate. The professor and the ex-sheriff head to "The Dark Circle" to further the investigation... They attempt to find contacts at The Red Door who can give them more information or connect them with Mr. Desmond Collins. After finding a young boy wandering outside of Arkham the investigators stopped to help and find him looking for a Professor Gist. He tells the investigators that his sister has been kidnapped and he needs help. They help the boy get to Professor Gist's farmhouse outside of Arkham and after speaking with the professor the house is attacked. Several of the group are injured in the incident and the perpetrators escape before anyone can get a good look at them. Left with injured members and vehicles that have been tampered with, the investigators begin to believe that this young boy is involved in something that goes well beyond the kidnapping of his sister.
