After the confrontation with The Dead Light, Father Brighton takes the artifacts he has found back to the Vatican in Rome. The others maintain their relationships after having experienced the horrible consequences of that fateful bus ride. Mr. Rothstien writes a book about his experience which gets picked up by a local publisher, Mr. Rodgers begins to study radical theories in physics and Mr. Brauner begins a profitable new career as a bootlegger.

Mr. Rothstien is approached and asked to look into a missing person who may be the victim of foul play. The others, with the exception of Father Brighton, tag along to help in hopes of being recurring characters in another of Rothstien's books. Another young man, Henry Artwater, who was camping with the missing Robert Cardigan was found the evening before wandering the streets of Arkham in a daze. The investigators head to the St. Mary's hospital in hope of finding some information which will lead them to the missing lad...Listen to next episode
